根據(jù)艾浩爾防霉系列產(chǎn)品的特性，結(jié)合我們多年的實(shí)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)，建議按以下方法做翻箱處理，可有效地清潔皮衣，抑制霉菌的再繁殖和再生長(zhǎng)。切實(shí)保障成衣在倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)、運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中不再霉變，讓您遠(yuǎn)離成衣發(fā)霉的困擾。
According iHeir Company Anti-mold products ‘s characteristics,and combining our a lot of practical experience for mildew proof,we recommended reshuffling treatment should accord the following method?which can clean leather clothing effectively,avoid mould grow.Ensure the leather clothing no mildew in the process of warehousing, transportation, let your products stay away from mold.

1.成衣發(fā)霉后，，用碎布或牙刷沾iHeir-Clean防霉清潔劑對(duì)皮衣做全面的做清潔，清潔霉灰，包括一些目視不到的細(xì)縫處，然后在自然環(huán)境下，晾干（15分鐘）或者過(guò)40-50°C的烤箱（2分鐘）干燥。工具：碎布或牙刷
No.1When garment?became mildew,first,clean with iHeir-Clean(Anti-mold Cleanser) for leather clothing overally.Clean mold ash thoroughly , including some thin slot where we can’t see by our eyes.Next ,dry in the natural environment for 15 minutes or drying in the oven for 2 minutes(40-50°C).Tools:cloth or brush.

2.噴iHeir-Spray防霉抗菌劑。其次，用噴槍將iHeir-Spray防霉抗菌劑均勻噴在皮衣上，翻箱處理劑量可適當(dāng)加大，處理過(guò)后晾干（15分鐘）或者過(guò)40-50°C的烤箱（2分鐘）干燥。
No.2?Spray iHeir - Spray agent. Second, the Spray gun was fulled of iHeir - Spray agent ,then sprayed evenly on the leather.?Reshuffle dose canincreased appropriately .After processing ,wearthering for 15 minutes,or over 40 to 50 ° C of oven drying for 2 minutes.

3.噴槍壓力應(yīng)控制在5P-3.0P左右，霧化后均勻噴灑在皮衣上。對(duì)光面的材料，注意不要堆積，不要灑成點(diǎn)狀（水珠狀）以免影響皮衣顏色、光澤，導(dǎo)致花面。 ?工具：噴槍
No.3The Spray gun pressure should be controlled at about 5 P to 3.0 P.Then after atomization and spray evenly on the leather.Be careful the light material, don't pile up,don’t spill into a dot (water drop) ?for fear that?affect color, luster, or lead to spend. Tools: spray gun

4.在皮衣包裝袋放置Dc.odorban防霉貼，Dc.odorban防霉貼通過(guò)釋放抗菌因子在密閉的空間里殺死細(xì)菌和抑制細(xì)菌生長(zhǎng)，使其達(dá)到防霉抗菌效果。注：產(chǎn)品依其規(guī)格大少進(jìn)行適當(dāng)放置Dc.odorban防霉貼數(shù)量的增減。

No.4Setting Dc.odorban Chips in package bag.Through releasing anti-mold factors for relative closed space,the bacterials would be dired and no any grow.Notice:The quantity of Dc.odorban Chips should be properly.

5.如果成衣有使用拷貝紙包裝進(jìn)行隔斷，建議將普通的拷貝紙更換成我司帶有防霉功能的Dc.odorban陽(yáng)離子防霉包裝紙，Dc.odorban陽(yáng)離子防霉包裝紙是長(zhǎng)碳鏈接構(gòu)，帶正電荷，可以主動(dòng)吸附帶負(fù)電荷的霉菌、真菌，像尖刀一樣刺破其細(xì)胞壁，破壞霉菌生長(zhǎng)的食物鏈，讓霉菌無(wú)法繁殖、生長(zhǎng)而確保成衣不會(huì)霉變。
No.5 If finishes clothing need copying paper to package,we reammended that choose Dc.odorban Cationic mouldproof package paper?.Dc.odorban takes long carbon chain structure positive charge ,which can attract mold and mildew with negative charge,and pierce into cytoderm of the mold and mildew ,destoreied its food chain,so that make sure products no mould.

備注：NOTICE:
一、若為羊猄料，使用iHeir-Clean清潔時(shí)請(qǐng)改用牙刷清潔。
ONE If Material is Jing sheep skin(sheepskin’s back, the not smooth side. A thinner side, the surface smooth like suede.),please clean with iHeri-Clean agent by toothbrush.

二、以上產(chǎn)品環(huán)保、副作用，但大量吸入對(duì)呼吸有一定影響，建議配戴口罩作業(yè)。
